Ardsley was founded in 2010 by Moses Strulowitz and has since become an established General Contractor in the development and rehabilitation sector, with a unique proficiency in the predevelopment planning, value engineering and costing aspects of development.

Ardsley completed the rehabilitation of a 61-unit loft building in Bushwick originally built in 1905. The fully renovated lofts feature floor to ceiling windows, 16+ ft ceilings, extra large bedrooms.

The Sinai Equity Iberia Development Site comprises nearly two city blocks in the Ironbound section of Newark, New Jersey. In total the project has 2,425,073 sq ft including 153,000 sq ft of retail and over 500 parking spaces below grade.
The building is 35,000 square feet and is comprised of 33 luxury apartments that feature over-sized windows, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and excellent city views.
The building consists of 20 units divided across 14,000 square feet of residential space. Its amenities include a lounge, backyard, gym and parking.
The development, lead by Ardsley, at 520 Broad Street in Newark, NJ is truly one of a kind and once completed will consist of 2,134 units spread across 5 buildings.
The planned development at 18 W 116th St. will consist of 44 hotel units in the heart of central Harlem. The project is a ground up construction with a concrete structural frame.
