Ardsley Construction is a New York City based General Contractor that specializes in multifamily residential, hospitality, & commercial construction in the five boroughs of NYC. Our projects range in size from 100,000 – 1,000,000+ square feet and in hard cost value from $25,000,000 to $125,000,000.

Ardsley was founded in 2010 by Moses Strulowitz and has since become an established General Contractor in the development and rehabilitation sector, with a unique proficiency in the predevelopment planning, value engineering and costing aspects of development.
